Last weekend Kyle and I celebrated our fourth year of marriage by spending it with friends in Nashville! We had a truly amazing weekend. On the spur of the moment Friday night we decided to drive to Nashville. We met Kyle's roommate Chris for dinner at Mellow Mushroom which is always such a good meal and enjoyed seeing his wonderful new home! We found a room at the Park Hyatt near Opry Mills and stayed the night just relaxing and watching movies. Saturday morning we shopped at a used bookstore and then met Joanna for lunch at Fido. After hanging out with her for the morning and early afternoon we headed to do a little shopping at Opry Mills before enjoying dinner with the Mercer's. All around it was a wonderful anniversary! We are so blessed to have had the last four years together and thank the Lord that He has increased our love for each other and our love for Him!

A Month In Review!
Somewhere in the midst of things...July was lost so I thought I would post a few updates from July and maybe I can do better since we have moved on to August!
The first few are from VBS - which was amazing while at the same time completely exhausting! We had over 75 children total to register and over 50 adults to help! Praise to the Lord who supplied every need for help and assistance throughout the week. There was a huge volcano and a lot of island talk throughout the week.
The second set of pictures are from our much needed trip to Louisville! I got to visit with my family and my AMAZING nephew! It was a blessing to receive each hug and hear the words "I love you!" The Lord is Good!
The month ended with a trip to Six Flags St. Louis with our youth! We had 16 youth and four adults! It was a quick trip but a break from reality before the kids headed back to school!
So July came and went before we knew what to do! Updates on our anniversary and family life to come wiki-wiki (quickly, quickly for those of you who are not familiar with this year's VBS music)! Love to you ALL!
